Don't know which modem card you have, follow these instructions,

Click Start and goto Run or Search
Enter msinfo32 and press Enter on your keyboard
The System Information windows will open.
On the left panel under Components, click on the device type.
Than look beside the item in the right panel labeled Description. This will be your device.

Click Start and goto Run or Search
Enter msinfo32 and press Enter on your keyboard
The System Information windows will open.
Look beside the item in the right panel labeled System Model. This will be your motherboard model.
Typically you will have Audio, Video and other device drivers that are listed.

Note: Please make sure to install the motherboard inf driver.

Another option is the Intel based Driver Update Utility detection program on Intel's website. Just go to Intel Driver Update Utility and click the security warning at the top from 'Husdawd, LLC' when prompted and select 'Run Add-On', then click the "Check your system for the Latest Updates" again and click on the popup box to install software. At this point you should see a list of software updates for your system.
